Using our store

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or create an account. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your account and private order links secure.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit fraudulent orders, or upload material you do not have permission to use.

Products and availability

We sell dimensional greeting cards and related items described on their product pages. Review the design photos, quantities, availability, and any stated specifications before buying. Screen colors and small details can vary; this does not excuse a materially incorrect or defective item.

Stock and offers can change. Saving a favorite, adding a card to your cart, joining a waitlist, or saving an occasion does not guarantee availability or create a paid order.

Prices, checkout and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Your checkout displays the total, including applicable shipping, discounts, and taxes, before you pay. Payments are processed through Stripe.

An order requires successful payment and confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable or we identify a material pricing or order error, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will refund the affected payment. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Promotional offers are subject to their displayed conditions, quantities, and expiration dates. Discounts do not have cash value.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations and charges are shown during ordering. Dispatch information is provided on our shipping-information page. Dispatch and carrier transit times are separate, and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

Contact us promptly if your address is incorrect. We will try to update it before dispatch. If an address error causes additional delivery costs, we will explain any proposed charge before proceeding. Contact support about delayed, missing, or damaged parcels; the returns policy explains how we help.

Returns, damage and cancellations

Our Returns & Damaged-Order Policy explains the 30-day return window for eligible standard cards, personalized-item exclusions, return shipping, refunds, and help with damaged or incorrect orders. Contact us before returning an item. Cancellation requests depend on whether preparation or dispatch has begun.

Occasion planners and optional services

Saved birthdays, greetings, and occasion plans are planning records. They do not automatically purchase a card, reserve stock, or guarantee mailing. Any paid or recurring service requires separate activation and disclosure of its price, schedule, and cancellation terms before you agree.

Reminder delivery depends on your preferences and email delivery. Check important dates yourself; a reminder is not a delivery guarantee. Only submit recipient details and messages you are authorized to share.

Site content and third-party services

PopaLuma branding, site text, photos, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights held by us or their respective owners. Buying a card does not grant rights to reproduce its artwork or our site content. You may use the site to browse and make legitimate purchases.

External payment, sign-in, email, and shipping services may have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of unrelated external websites.

Problems and changes

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but interruptions or errors can occur. Contact us if a feature fails or order information appears incorrect. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
